The inner work consists of the alchemical process of transforming and releasing densities that can appear as limiting beliefs, thought forms, energetic blocks, implants, chords and dark energy from our emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual bodies (multi-dimensionally across all timelines). Our energetic bodies can be seen as a specific energetic fields within our aura. They can contain energetic blocks and tears that interfere with the other energetic bodies and impact our physical body as well. Further, there are collective emotional, mental, and spiritual bodies for humanity that can be seen as a huge energetic grids around the earth that unite our individual human energetic bodies with each other. Our individual energy bodies are connected to humanities energy bodies and the earth’s energy bodies. We all impact one another!
Because the individual and collective energy bodies influence and affect one another, it is possible that as individuals we can work on restoring a variety of splits and distortions within our individual energetic bodies on behalf of our lineage and our species and thus eventually bring healing to the collective. The focus of bringing resolution and healing to the central splits and core blocks within the collective human mental body is a central theme of more advanced Heart Alchemy practices. This involves the integration of a variety of modalities and processes designed to specifically clean up and clear the mental and energetic body of our species. I believe we all have access to the genetic mind of our species, meaning we can always tune in and understand what is happening on a collective level. At a certain stage, we may discover we have direct access to upload new programs/templates into this human collective Genetic mind as well as to remove key distortions and faulty programs. More and more we will understand our capacities and utilize our abilities to transform ourselves, our lineages, and our species through different kinds of alchemical processes.
By using or integrating aspects of the Heart Alchemy 5-step framework, you can become more adept at holding a container of transformation for yourself in which much of the inner work on any of these levels can be engaged through a simple process of facing and embracing the core root of the density you are dealing with. Also, instead of our inner work being compartmentalized as drudge work we have to do, it can be smoothly integrated into our life with proper willingness to put awakening and service as the priority in life. As we follow the dictates of our soul’s wisdom, we create a lifestyle that attracts us to the opportunities to evolve, be of service and experience our true desires fulfilled. The work that needs to be done within is either triggered or brought up as we flow through our life. We choose to take 100% responsibility for our life experience and everything that arises within us and we address it with all the tools and support we have. We call forth assistance from others when we are guided to do so by our Higher Self. We continue to joyfully move forward on our path while transforming what comes up along the way. We discover that the most fulfilling activities and relationships are the ones that contribute to the collective evolution of humanity. This awareness begins to shift the very fabric of how we live and show up in the world as well as the people we attract and how we spend our time. The first priority in all aspect of our lives becomes service to the greater good of the greater all, while honoring our true hearts desires and living in joy. This priority and life dedication seems to smooth everything out, bring greater harmony and wellbeing into our life in the most amazing of ways.
The society we were brought up in teaches us a very outdated paradigm of self-service and/or sacrifice. There is a belief that living for the exaltation of the ego self will bring one fulfillment and we have a generation of people exalting their own egos and chasing fantasies while never becoming fulfilled. Then there is the outdated pattern of putting others or the greater good first at the detriment of our individual wellbeing. In this time, following our deepest joy and passion can be in alignment with offering our greatest service. And offering our greatest service will give us such deep joy, fulfillment and bring increasing levels of prosperity into our lives. Dharma and passion fuse together, for it is our right to embrace our deepest bliss and live from that place. For many there is still old programming that needs to be cleared to allow the merging of our passions and career into one aligned path. We get the opportunity to become aware of any ways we created a compartmentalization between our path of purpose and passion, and layer by layer transcend the limiting ideologies we accepted in our childhood.
Our life will continue to blossom into a more fun and fulfilling existence as we serve humanity doing what we love. Ultimately, the foundation for discovering inner fulfillment and quickening our evolution rests in our commitment to living our bliss, taking self responsibility and serving the whole simultaneously. We are truly blessed to be on earth at this time. I personally believe many of us have chosen some of the most challenging and gruesome soul experiences, and we’ve already made it through the darkest lifetimes and experiences already. Now we can really skyrocket our evolutionary state into new territories of levity, joy and harmony. We may or may not actualize a state of ‘perfection’ in this life, but we can absolutely live the majority of our life in inner peace, bliss, compassion and understanding. I invite you to choose to reach your highest spiritual potential in this lifetime and ask your Higher Self to guide the way forward!
